Development Process/Assignment Requirements
1.) Creating a Story Map: an outline that highlights the emotional development of your story.
2.) Writing a Script: this is the "storytelling" section of the assignment where the author can take ownership of the story through their own personal writing style. (Guideline: 1pg. dbl. spaced=roughly 2 minutes of speaking time.)
3.) Making a Story Table: a two column story table organizes the sound and images that correspond with the narration of the script.
4.) Creating your Media Piece (References): combine sounds and images in a media software program (iMovie, MediaMaker) to create a 2-4 minute production.
5.) Write your Reflection: 1-2 page reflection about the process and how it can be used in an educational setting.
